
Pileći burger sa prelivom od pečurki i sira

Sastojci za 5 homemade pilećih burgera
- 500g pilećeg filea*
- 1 glavica crnog luka
- 400g šampinjona
- 3-4 lista sira za topljenje
- 5 štanglica sira (npr Gaude)
- Pavlaka za kuvanje
- Slatka aleva paprika
- So
- Biber
- Kari
- 1 jaje
- Brašno
- Prezle
- Zelena salata
- Paradajz
- Chilito
*Ukoliko nemate mašinu za mlevenje, kupite već samleveno pileće meso.
Priprema pilećih burgera

Samleti pileći file i glavicu crnog luka.
Zatim dodajte slatku alevu papriku, kari, so i biber po ukusu.
U istu smesu dodajte 3-4 kašike prezli.
Dobro umesite dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smesu.
Podelite smesu na pet delova te napravite loptice.
U svaku lopticu utisnite krišku sira, dobro zatvorite sa svih strana, te dlanom spljoštite svaku lopticu i uvaljajte u brašno.
Sa strane ulupajte jaje (ili dva, zavisi od veličine jajeta), te svaku lopticu dobro uvaljajte u jaje, a zatim u prezle.
Ispržite ih na vrelom ulju, po 2-3 minuta sa svake strane.
Priprema sosa od pečurki sa sirom

Operite i isecite šampinjone na kockice ili listiće.
Začinite ih sa malo soli i bibera, te pržite na malo maslinovog ulja dok ne ispari sva voda.
Zatim dodajte pavlaku za kuvanje, pa kada sve provri, ubacite listove sira i mešajte dok se sasvim ne istopi.

Na donji deo zemičke sipajte Chilito slatko-ljuti sos.
Zatim dodajte nekoliko iscepkanih listova zelene salate.
Postavite preko salate pileći burger.
Preko burgera stavite malo majoneza, a zatim kolut paradajza.
Prelijte sve sosom od pečuraka, i poklopite gornjim delom zemičke.
Savet: Probodite ceo burger velikom čačkalicom kako biste mogli na miru da uživate u njemu, bez da ga lovite po tanjiru.
